MA. PATRICIA T. TUMPALAN

Vice President for Marketing

Like her brother, Patita is no foreigner to the First Vita Plus workplace. As a very young child, she was always visible at the premises, and at almost all the corporate events.

Her quiet, behaved and observant demeanor have helped her develop into the confident and measured entrepreneur that she is now.

She’s a natural in business. Even before being officially appointed to her current role at First Vita Plus, Patita was always passionate and eager about providing relevant and sustainable products to the world. In 2020, she founded FarmLab, an agricultural farm that aims to revolutionize agriculture in the Philippines while having a deep social and environmental impact. FarmLab ensures that their agricultural systems are more productive and less wasteful by utilizing hydroponics and soilless greenhouse technology. Indeed, a colossal feat for someone so young.

Patita inherited her father’s propensity to take the time to break down challenges and focus on details to resolve and surpass them. From her mother, she got her keen and instinctive sense of the market. Add on a degree in Business Management from the King’s  College in London, and she would be an ideal candidate for the roles that await her.

As the Spokesperson for KaVITAan, Patita believes that the youth has played a valuable role in the growth of First Vita Plus, especially during the pandemic, where technological forms of communicating and doing business took a front seat over all other channels. She agrees with her Mom, that they owe it to the youth to be heard, to be appreciated, to be involved and to be empowered entrepreneurs.

- Patita enjoys scuba-diving and travelling in her spare time. She is also a furmom to two gorgeous british shorthaired cats.          

MIGUEL LUIS T. TUMPALAN

Assistant Vice President for Operations

Lance Tumpalan is fairly new in his capacity at the helm of Operations. But he is no beginner or stranger to the premises. Ever since he was a toddler, he was already a regular fixture at the First Vita Plus Headquarters and Dealer Events. Because of such proximity to the family business, he has embodied his parents’ optimism, love for the employees, and compassion and support for First Vita Plus dealers and their life-changing stories. Today, he represents the KaVITAan, an entrepreneurial movement participated in by the Dealers, ages 15-35.

At First Vita Plus, he has learned to value relationships as a key factor to his growth experience. Being able to interact with employees and dealers early on has widened his perspective on a lot of issues because he thinks that, just like his parents, this is crucial to understanding the market of this business.

Lance says that the most important lesson he learned from his Dad, is to save money for the future. From his Mom, however, he was told that if you must spend, it should be to spend on what makes him happy. He strongly believes that what they actually mean is, that time, money and energy should be devoted to things that matter most to him, things that he values the most.

- Lance loves the relaxed vibe of binge-watching on movies with his fur baby, Charcoal. He earned his Business Management Degree from the private institution, Southville International School Affiliated with Foreign Universities.   

LUCHI JAVELLANA-ELUMBA

Executive Assistant to the Chairman

Luchi has worked in the network marketing industry for the last 30 years, including the 19 that she has been with First Vita Plus. Her work experience includes strategic corporate & financial planning, operations management, business development, sales & marketing support services and corporate communications, including the set-up of the multi-level marketing department of Grepalife, a first in its industry. She is also very active in the Board of Trustees of her High School Alumnae Association, where she has served as its President for the last three years. On the side, she is a social events planner and play badminton. She studied Business Management at the Ateneo de Manila University and completed a second degree in Marketing from the Philippine School of Business Association. 

DENNIS PEÑA

Assistant Vice President, IT Department

The IT Department has been under the experienced care and management of information technology specialist, Dennis Peña, who completed his Computer Management degree from the National College of Business and Arts, and MBA, in Information Systems at the Manuel L. Quezon University. He boasts of 31 years of experience in systems programming systems analysis, and academe, where he worked as a professor and Academic Area Chairman for the National College of Business and Arts. True to form, this geek loves table tennis and aeromodeling.
